Communication Ideas and Resources

Goals

Communicate consistently. Weekly emails, weekly letters, daily social media posts & weekly calls. People need a consistent positive message they can count on.
Consider creating a communications team to work the following: Calling committee (particularly important for parishes with a population not on social media), messaging opportunities and ideas.
Remain positive. You don't have all the answers and you don't have to pretend you do. Remember everyone is looking for positive leadership and that is found by bringing the hope and love of Christ to others.
